The Ministry of Electronics and information Technology (MEITY) said that it's banned PUBG and 117 other apps as they're 'prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, security of state and public order

New Delhi: PUBG MOBILE, a wildly popular game in India, was among 118 Chinese apps blocked by the govt today amid tension with China over fresh provocation in Ladakh. The move was within the interest of India's sovereignty and integrity, defense and security, the govt said during a statement.
